Joseph Becker, Independent Director

Mr. Becker joins the BeesFree, Inc. Board as a seasoned financial market professional with vast international experience. Mr. Becker ran trading operations for Swiss Bank Corp in Tokyo and Hong Kong from 1990 till 1994. From 1994 till 2001 he was Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston in their London office in charge of European Equity and Index derivative trading. Mr. Becker has a Bachelor of Science degree from Brown University in Applied Mathematics and Economics and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago.


Andrea Festuccia, Ph. D.Director


Dr. Festuccia has more than 16 years of extensive international experience in various facets of engineering. He has served as Chief Technology Officer and currently is senior manager of EILIS and Technical Director of Altran Italia SpA. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Opt Sensor, a private Italian company dealing with R&D for electronic equipments to measure chemical parameters. He also taught General and Inorganic Chemistry as an Adjunct Professor at the University of "La Tuscia" in Viterbo. Since 2000, he has been an external expert for the Dept of Chemical Engineering at the University “La Sapienza” of Rome. He has also been a visiting professor at the Imperial College London.  Dr. Festuccia is author of several scientific publication and the owner of several patents. He received a degree in chemical engineering and his doctor of philosophy degree in chemical engineering from the University of Rome - “La Sapienza”.



Professor Juan Carlos Trabucco, Independent Director

Professor Trabucco has served as a senior consultant to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in Rome, Italy since 2000. While at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, Professor Trabucco has managed the development of FAO Food Security and Consumption Statistics database, served as the team leader for several field tests and projects in various Central American countries in order to co-develop training programs with local governments and coordinated studies to analyze statistical and economical indicators to address rural poverty in Latin America. Professor Trabucco has a B.Sc. from Champagnat College, Tacna, Peru, an M.S. from University of Wisconsin and has received post-graduate certificates from Agricultural University “La Molina” in Lima, Peru, National University of Arequipa, Peru, University of Roma, “La Sapienza,” University of Tarapaca in Arica, Chile, and Pacific University of Lima.
